Join Katrina Trisko, Registered Dietitian for a workshop Fueling with Intention, where you'll learn about the 5 pillars of health and how to connect with your food through mindful meals.

The 5 Pillars of Wellness to Optimize your Health: Though what we eat is certainly important, it's only one small piece of the puzzle. You'll learn about the other 4 pillars of wellness and how they play a role in influencing our food choices for better or worse.

Balancing With Intention: What does balance look like, and why do we need to incorporate it at meals? You'll learn what it looks like to create a balanced day with meals and snacks, and how balance helps to fuel your body and mind.

Connecting with Food through Mindful Meals: In a world full of distractions, how often are we paying attention to truly enjoying our food? You'll learn how to be more intentional during meals with some mindfulness techniques.

Katrina Trisko is a Registered Dietitian based out of NYC, and has been practicing in her field for 6 years. As a lover of real, wholesome foods, and physical activity enthusiast,Katrina strives to empower others to make informed choices and develop sustainable habits to fuel their body and mind in order to thrive.
