ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
Your mind is more powerful than you can begin to imagine. When you begin to learn about the mind, it’s power, and YOUR power over it, you can change your entire life. In this workshop, “Healing Your Mind to Find Your Purpose,” I’m going to share my three step coaching method to finding inner peace and discovering your purpose. I’ll help you learn the basics of the science behind the mind and WHY you have the habitual thought patterns that keep you stuck. Then, I’ll share several methods for “mindset-hacking” that you can practice on a daily basis that will literally change the way you think. And finally, we will uncover what it means to find your purpose and fulfill your dreams.

Why Healing Your Mind is Critical to “Living Your Best Life": When we change our thoughts, we can change our lives. I'll touch on the science of the mind, the NLP, neuroplasticity, and the way the mind creates beliefs based on our thoughts and experiences.

HOW to Heal Your Mind: Here, I’ll cover the HOW to change your mindset using techniques like EFT, EMDR, Meditation, Visualization, and mind hacking methods to reprogram your mindset and change your life.

Finding Your Purpose: Finally, I’ll close out on how and why changing your mind will change your life. When you change your mindset, you’re able to see things differently, and believe differently. If someone can change their mind to believe they can achieve their wildest dreams, they are far more open to finding their true purpose.
