ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

In a time when social injustice perforates our daily consciousness, being intentional about making a positive social impact in an essential form of self care. It can transform our mindset from helpless to empowered. In this workshop, we will address how to create a personal connection with social impact and give participants manageable tools to do so.

WORKSHOP CURRICULUM

  • Finding your impact: Reflect on the skills and tools you already have to make a positive social impact.

  • Finding Balance: Reflect on how to balance social impact with self care, and explore how the two are interconnected.

  • Making a sustained social impact: Reflect on the long term impact you want to make and how you will get there sustainably.
